It is normal for there to be a lot of anxiety about weight for people with an eating disorder. The aim of this video is to help you to understand a little more about weight and the role of weighing in eating disorder treatment.

 

This video talks about the dieting cycle that maintains an eating disorder. The content is particularly aimed at individuals with binge eating disorder and adults with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa and will help you to take the first steps towards getting better. Young people and parents/carers may also find this useful to understand. 

 

In this video, our team of dietitians will talk through and explain balanced eating messages. This includes how to plan balanced meals and snacks and how to get started with regular eating.

 

Our occupational therapists share top tips on how to manage emotions and well-being, both for people with eating disorders and their loved ones.
